HBS Concrete Bonders and Admixtures are high solids latex polymer emulsions used as bonding agents, primers, and admixtures for concrete, overlayments, toppings, mortar, plaster, stucco, underlayments and most all other cementitious applications . HBS Concrete Bonder meets or exceeds ASTM C1059.
HBS Concrete Bonder Type I
CSI Concrete Bonder Type I is a ready to use, film forming, reemulsifiable liquid bonding agent and polymer modifier for concrete. It is designed to improve the adhesive and physical properties of
most cementitious materials. Its blend of polymers provides optimum strength as a bonding agent or admixture for concrete repair, leveling, grouts, thin sets and mortar beds or rubbing applications. It may be used interior or exterior, as well as below or above grade. It is can be used as wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry because it does re-emulsify after drying when used as a bonding agent for cem
ent based applications.

CSI Concrete Bonder Type II is a ready to use, film forming, NON re-emulsifiable liquid bonding agent and polymer modifier for concrete. It is designed to improve the adhesive and physical properties of most cementitious materials. Its blend of polymers provides optimum strength as a bonding agent or admixture for concrete repair, leveling, grouts, thin sets and mortar beds or rubbing applications. It may be used interior or exterior, as well as below or above grade. It can be used as wet-on-wet or wet-on-dry because it does re-emulsify one time, and only time, after drying when used as a bonding agent for cement based applications.
Reinforcing Admixture
CSI Reinforcing Admixture is a high molecular weight latex emulsion for use as an additive in concrete and cement based products. It provides excellent resistance to water, acids and alkaline, reduces efflorescence, and increase strength and product durability . CSI Reinforcing Admixture is a non-reemulsifying material that exceeds the ASTM 1059-86 requirements for non-re
emulsifiable admixtures. Available in 40%, 50% and 55% solids.
