ChemSystems offers a wide range of environmentally friendly water-based sealers and coatings. These include breathable acrylics, high performance polyurethanes, penetrating systems, silicone based salt guards, and hybrids for specialty applications. They range from matte to high gloss.
CemSeal WB
CemSeal (WB) is a high quality, 100% acrylic, water based sealer suitable for decorative concrete, gray concrete, stone, brick, stucco, porous tile, and concrete counter tops producing a satin finish.
Floor Finish Plus (Gloss and Matte)
Floor Finish is a sacraficial finish applied over sealers and coatings as a final “wax” coat. Available in gloss and matte.
HBS High Gloss Sealer
HBS High Gloss Sealer is a high quality, 100% acrylic, water based sealer suitable for decorative concrete, gray concrete, stone, brick, stucco, porous tile, and concrete counter tops producing a high gloss finish.
Penetrating Sealer
Penetrating Sealer is a low solids modified acrylic emulsion designed to penetrate into the surface of concrete to form a strong, breathable barrier that reduces water migration, dusting, staining, freeze-thaw damage and mildew growth.
Permaseal
PolySeal WB (Gloss and Matte Finish)
PolySeal WB is a high-solids, two-part, low viscosity, water-based aliphatic polyurethane. It is designed for use as a high performance clear coating for all types of concrete and polymer modified concrete overlays.
Super Seal WB
Super Seal WB is a water-based penetrating sealer made of a proprietary combination of reactive compounds designed to protect concrete surfaces from staining, freeze–thaw and salt damage. ChemSystems Super Seal WB waterproofs the concrete without darkening or enhancing the color of the substrate.
